 A pilot scheme to bring back driving test centres to Southend moved one step closer to being given the green light after a visit from the Minister. Mike Penning, Minster of State for Transport, visited the area to discuss his pilot scheme of mobile test centres, which could be set to replace the current ‘fixed’ regional centres.
