Tribute to Sir Teddy Taylor

I first met Sir Teddy when as a young man, before I got into Parliament, I was invited to campaign for him in the Southend East & Rochford by election of 1980. I was sent to the home of the former Mayor of Southend, Mrs Joan Carlisle and she and I went and canvassed for Teddy. 

Back British Farming! Sir David Rallies behind British Produce

Back British Farming Day took place on Wednesday 13 September and gave Sir David the opportunity to highlight the importance of farmers in the UK. The Southend West MP wore a wheat pin badge in support of the event organised by the National Farmers Union.
