Southend MP supports Mental Health Charter

On Tuesday 29th October, Sir David Amess MP hosted a Parliamentary event to support a Child Mental Health Charter. 1 in 8 children currently have at least one mental health disorder: the charter seeks to improve mental health services for children.  

Sir David speaks in debate on Endometriosis

Southend West MP, Sir David Amess is chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Endometriosis. On Tuesday 29th October, he contributed to a Westminster Hall debate on workplace support that is available to women with the condition.

A recent report by Rewilding Britain was launched in Parliament on Monday, 28th October. The document helps to set out plans for Britain to lead the world in environmental solutions, through large-scale restoration of ecosystems.
