Local MP pledges support for Pubs in Southend West

Southend West MP Sir David Amess has today pledged their support for the Long Live the Local Campaign to help pubs in Southend West keep their doors open. David Amess joins the more than 100,000 people who have signed the petition so far, including 179 in Southend West.

Local MP Sir David Amess showed his support for a new race horse welfare regulator by attending Animal Aid’s event in Parliament on Wednesday 10th October.

Sir David showed his support for Baby Loss Awareness Week in Parliament on Wednesday 10th October 2018.

 

The MP for Southend West joined with fellow parliamentarians to raise awareness about the key issues affecting those who have experienced pregnancy or baby loss in the UK.

MPs Welcome Service Personnel Into Parliament

120 soldiers from the British Army marched into the Houses of Parliament to celebrate their role across the globe on Wednesday 10th October. The event was organised by James Gray MP, Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Armed Forces.
