On Friday 16 April, Sir David Amess, MP for Southend West, visited the Phabulous Café in Leigh on Sea. The Phabulous Café is charity run and focuses on helping volunteers with additional needs gain training, experience and the skills needed for the retail industry.

After his visit, Sir David said “I was delighted to visit the wonderful charity run Phabulous Cafe in Leigh this morning which provides crucial on the job training for people with additional needs. The work this charity is doing for our local community is crucial and we will hopefully see a big impact”.
