Sir David Amess MP (centre left) and the Mayor of Southend, Cllr Fay Evans (centre right) were delighted to open the Southend Mencap Music Man Carnival Fayre at Chalkwell Park on 10th August organized by the General Manager, Marc McCowen (centre). The fayre was in aid of the Music Man Project which provides education for children and adults with learning disabilities.
