On Wednesday 18th November, Bowel Cancer UK held a parliamentary reception.

It was an opportunity for MP’s to find out more about bowel cancer, which is the fourth most common cancer in the UK and second biggest cancer killer, with 41,500 people diagnosed with it and 16,000 dying from it each year.

The reception was used by Bowel Cancer UK to highlight the importance of tackling this disease.
