Sir David, recently attended the annual Civic Service event at St Clement’s Church in Leigh-on-Sea. The event which took place on Sunday 18 June, included the blessing of the new Mayor of Southend, Cllr Fay Evans. The Service was well attended by the local community and included many local councilors and other representatives.
