Amnesty International has called on the UK to end the sale of arms to Saudi Arabia in order to prevent the unnecessary killings of civilians in Yemen. Sir David Amess, MP for Southend West, has backed these calls by showing his support for the campaign that remembers the 1,000s of Yemeni people who have lost their lives as a result of the conflict.
