On Wednesday 19th August, Age Concern hosted a Strawberry Cream Tea fundraising event at St Michael’s and All Angels Church in Sir David’s constituency of Southend West, with raffle and tombola prizes donated by Waitrose.

Sir David said: “It is fantastic to see so many people in the constituency who are working together for the benefit of others. Age Concern is a wonderful charity and I was very pleased to pop in and support their fundraiser on Wednesday.”
