Following his second constituency surgery of the month, Sir David attended the opening of a new HARP Charity Shop in Southend on Friday 20th October.

12th Annual Tea Party for Centenarians a Resounding Success

On Sunday 22nd October, centenarians from across Southend gathered for the 12th Annual Centenarians Tea Party hosted by Sir David Amess MP. This year’s party was held at Iveagh Hall in Leigh-on-Sea and was a fantastic success thanks to all those who took part.

Sir David met with representatives from Ovarian Cancer Action in Parliament on Wednesday 18th October. The MP for Southend West joined the charity to celebrate the launch of their new policy report Acting on BRCA: Breaking down barriers to save lives.
