Sir David took part in the Renewal of Promise/Thinking Day Celebration of the Southend West Division of Girlguiding on Sunday 19th February. The event which was attended by over 400 girls from the organisation was held at Southend High School for Girls.

Happy 45th Anniversary for Saturday Morning Club

Sir David Amess was pleased to attend the 45th Anniversary Party of the Saturday Morning Club on Saturday 11th February. The Club serves the elderly and disabled of Southend, offering them company, a cup of tea and a sympathetic ear.

Young musicians hit the high notes

Talented young students from St Bernard’s High School performed a recital at St Clement’s Church on Saturday 11th February and Sir David Amess was in the audience to hear them play.
