To mark the one year anniversary since the publication of the National Infrastructure Assessment, Sir David Amess MP attended a reception in Parliament.
The Assessment, which is the first of its kind in the country, sets out how the UK’s transport, energy, water and technology networks can be developed over the next 30 years. Attendees to the event, held on 23rd July, were able to discuss some of the national and local infrastructure schemes that will benefit communities throughout the UK.
Sir David said “It has been very useful to meet with stakeholders from a wide range of industries to discuss how our national infrastructure can be improved. I look forward to seeing further developments throughout the UK in the coming years.”
