Response from Network Rail following C2C Disruption

Last month Sir David wrote to Network Rail regarding the frequent disruption on the C2C line. As a commuter on the line himself, Sir David is well aware of the issues faced by his constituents who use the line on a daily basis. 

Trains which usually depart from Fenchurch Street are often diverted to Liverpool Street after 20:30, causing great inconvenience to many who rely on the line to get home.
