Local MP Supports Leigh Orpheus’s 50th Anniversary at Joint Ladies’ Choir Concert

Sir David Amess MP showed his support for the 50th anniversary of the Leigh Orpheus Male Voice Choir at a performance on Saturday, 7th July. The MP for Southend West was pleased to attend the concert, which also starred Stevenage Ladies’ Choir, taking place at Salvation Army Temple in Hadleigh.

The local MP, who is the President of Leigh Orpheus Male Choir, always enjoys their performances, so he was even more delighted to hear the harmonies created by the two choirs together. Sir David hopes to attend many more of their performances in their 50th year.
