Sir David Amess MP has always been supportive of health efforts to mitigate negative effects on the ageing, but one particular concern he holds is the tragedy of dementia and the effect it has on families.
Southend West Sir David Amess was pleased to express support for the good that museums do in the UK at a reception in Parliament on Monday 21st May. Sir David attended the event, which was hosted by Ed Vaizey MP, alongside the National Museum Directors’ Council and the Museum Association.
Southend West Sir David Amess was delighted to attend an event on Saturday 19th May to celebrate the 27th Charter of Leigh Lions Club. The local MP joined President, Tony Prior, as well as other members and donors who work for the success of the Leigh Lions for a dinner dance at Saxon Hall.
On Friday 18th, Sir David Amess MP attended the Essex South East Trefoil Guild Annual Review and Quiz. The event, which took place at Runnymede Hall in Thundersley, was held to celebrate 75 years of the Trefoil Guild.
